1040-SR (Web-based) | Cover Page is Not Printing

If the cover page isn’t printing when you print a tax return, follow the steps below:

1. From the Main Screen, go to Configuration

   Open

   

    

2. Go to Office Setup

   Open

   

3. Scroll down to Office Configuration, and under Cover Page Settings, make sure it doesn’t read No Cover Page.
