💡to add one of the consent forms, you can go to CONSENT FORMS from the configuration menu. But if you want to add a custom consent form, follow the steps below

From the Main Menu go to Configuration > Consent Forms

  • Select +Add Consent Form

  • Name the Consent Form and provide a description

  • Display Disclosure Limitations allows you to determine if any limitations may be specified  

  • Required for E-file allows you to require the consent before e-filing

  • Select the next to Consent Form Terms 

  • Name the Term and either select Input Only or specify the Definition for the term

  • When you are finished, click the checkmark next to the term to save

  • Save the Consent Form
